I was born in Catanzaro in 1971 and have two children.
I graduated in 1998 from the University of Bologna with a degree in Law and am admitted to practice law in Italy.
Because of my studies, I have always been interested in trade unionism; in fact, one month into my career at Banca d’Italia, in 1994, I became an affiliate of a Trade Union. I am currently the Deputy General Secretary of Falbi-Confsal, the largest Trade Union in Banca d’Italia.
I am the contact person for Falbi-Confsal in negotiations relating to the Managerial Career Staff of Banca d’Italia.
I began to participate in European-level union activity in 2008, when I served on the Executive Committee in Malta.
In 2010 I became the European delegate for my Trade Union and, since then, I have participated in all the Social Dialogue meetings in Frankfurt.
In 2015 I was elected to the Executive Bureau of SCECBU.
I coordinate the Social Benefits working group and support the President and the Vice Presidents of the Social Dialogue working group.
I started my career in Banca d’Italia in 1994 at the Ferrara branch (closed in 2009).
I am a Deputy Head of Division in the Services and Logistics Directorate in Banca d’Italia.
From April 2017 to April 2018 I worked as a Business Travel Expert at the European Central Bank.
When not working, my passions include travel, motorcycles and photography.
